Bagasse Dump Truck No. 2 (Body Upgrade)

Project Number: 03013
Client: MSF Sugar Ltd
Contractor: LM Engineering
Project Description: Design & Workshop Detail Dump Body for Bagasse Handling

The dump body was designed to handle bagasse at the Tableland Mill in Mareeba. The body capacity is 50 cubic meters and 10 tonne. The tailgate is hydraulically operated and is designed to allow the bagasse to discharge into the new bagasse load-in facility and also onto the stockpile without any contact with the tailgate which allows a full compliment of bagasse to discharge the dump body very quickly.

A full set of design and workshop drawings and plate cutting files were produced from the model.

A brochure in PDF format has been uploaded that provides some overall facts and information about the Tableland Sugar Mill and for more information regarding the mill visit http://www.tablelandmill.com.au/index.php?site=tableland
